These terms govern your use of Snout, an app for tracking pet health and care. By downloading or using Snout, you agree to these terms.

License

Snout grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for tracking your own pets’ health information. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app.

Your account and data

Snout stores your data in your own iCloud account via Apple’s CloudKit. You control that data — see our Privacy Policy for details on what’s stored and how sharing works.

Subscriptions

Snout Premium is offered as auto-renewing monthly and annual subscriptions, and as a one-time lifetime purchase, at the prices shown in the app. Subscriptions are billed and managed entirely through your Apple ID — you can view, change, or cancel a subscription any time in your device’s Settings app. Prices are subject to change; you’ll be notified in advance of any change to an active subscription.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan.

This agreement is between you and Snout’s developer, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them, but the developer — not Apple — is solely responsible for the app, its content, and any support or maintenance.

Acceptable use

Use Snout only for lawful purposes. Don’t attempt to disrupt the app, its backend services, or other users’ access to it.

No warranty

Snout is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. Snout is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice — always consult a veterinarian for your pet’s health.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snout and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Snout after a change means you accept the updated terms.
